We focus on multi-family properties in the 24-60 unit range, which represent a significant piece of the market where we expect to find opportunities. It is also a segment of the market where once we decide to sell, we should receive offers at the higher end of an improving market. As we grow, larger properties will be considered in our Business Plan.

Our plan will allow us to stabilize our properties’ tenancy, raise rental rates which will increase our monthly cash flow and eventually grow the value of our capital investment.
As opportunities are identified, we will form an SPE and invite registered potential investors to subscribe to participate in each property acquisition. We will also discuss with our investors what works best for their expectations. While The Real Estate Fund is taking the lead on these acquisitions, we will be partners with investors in each SPE, and therefore, our investors’ opinions matter!
