Randolph De Lano began his career in Investment Real Estate in 1978 with a small Private Equity Fund specializing in designing, constructing, and managing multi-family properties. He then worked for a hard money brokerage and later ran a mortgage operation before venturing out on his own.
During this time, he also acquired apartment properties for his own account which he renovated, managed, and eventually sold at a profit prior to the recession of 1989. Throughout his career De Lano has been involved in all aspects of investment real estate, owning, and managing multi-family, office, retail, industrial properties and land for himself and others.

His first Private Equity Fund began in 1995 and his last concluded in 2019. Every single investment property he has purchased for his investors produced Monthly Cash Flow and a solid Profit on Sale. His business model is simple: Get into the real estate market near its low point and get out prior to an economic downturn.
